    I have a 18 month old baby I have a child arrangement in place with the courts for my x to see his son we were in a violent relationship and have separated hence the child arrangement order I have now found out hat h has been violently abusing his new partner police involved I am scared for my baby to go to him while all this is going on I have told him that the baby won’t be going with him until this has been sorted and it has been brought to my attention he is using cocaine I have rang social services to voice my concerns they said unless they think there’s danger for the child then there’s nothing they will do I am worried if I don’t send my son I will be in trouble his new girlfriend has sent me pictures of her injuries and the details of the incidents please someone help me with advise I have been through all this with him but no charges were pressed when I reported all the incidents help

    how often does your child spend with your ex? overnight stays?

    One weekend one night and the following weekend two but hasn’t been keeping to them either

    not sure what your communication is like with ex, but you could write to him stating that your very concerned for childs safety and can he assure you child will not be harmed.
