Thank you for your reply..The children are to be expected to travel on standby flights as she works for a North American Airline..Age 8 and 10. Its expected 7 days to then return to school on a Monday… So 6 weeks spread across a year he is allowed. No allowance for Jet lag the my children will be frequent flyers.
Hi So its the father who now lives there and was suppose to be living in Europe….he moved without us knowing. He has never declared his address and owes half a uk house worth of Child Maintenance..3.5 years.
The courts order 7 consequetive days and 7 overnights..
So you are right on yes he clearly has less holidays but at this rate the amount of travel.expected by two under 10.s this is harm and neglect.
The Cafcass felt as we had come from Europe we were deemed as International.. Err France and Swiss..not sure how international that is…his choice to go further not ours.
Thanks for the advice..any other agencies I can talk too..
Hi Thank you..Yes its good to know that information the father has refused and will get his partner who works for the airline to do the standby wrap around flights. he has not committed to make that journey..this is his control…..
