Can anyone advise please, my ex was serve a non molestation order, live in order and prohibited steps order 18 months ago.  I have been the victim of domestic abuse for over 10 years and finally had the courage to get out.

We are now near a conclusion for contact of our child 50/50 as local authority  have said he is ‘good enough’

He will not agree on the price of our 2 properties so we cannot move on, sell, or make a settlement.  Solicitors are involved and we are getting nowhere, even when I have suggested a non bias survey of the properties .  He continually ignores letter (last one was ignored for 6 months) to maintain control

I have paid all the deposit and all the mortgage payments on one property (the family home) and he on the other

Does anyone have any advice how I can move this forward? He is a narcissist and perpetrator so impossible to communicate with.  We were not married, but I would like to keep my house if at all possible for the sake of my child

    Thanks in advance

Hi Silverlining101, I see you have solicitors involved but it might be worth talking this through with the free Child Law Advice service Best wishes.
