I am currently reading a book which was recommended to me, and had positive reviews. It’s called Getting Past Your Breakup by Susan J Elliott, who is a therapist, but who has also had a tough ‘love life’ herself. I’m quite a way through and already I feel so much stronger about things. It acknowledges that you can’t cut contact altogether with an ex when you have children, but the advice is still relevant and helpful
Anyway, I just wanted to share as I know so many of us are struggling to find a way out of our emotions. If it helps just one other person then my job is done 🙂
