    Hi All,

does anyone here have any advice on what to do if the other parent breaks a court order? The order was regarding introducing new partners and scenes of domestic violence.

My daughter is also being shouted at, intimidated and threatened

Thank you so much for any advice

    Emily

    Hi Emily,

Try phoning the National domestic violence helpline 0808 2000 247

In the first instance, if your daughter is being mistreated in that manner then you need to safeguard her.

I’d suggest that to do this you stop unsupervised contact stating why and state that he can have contact in a supervised contact centre.

If necessary also contact social services for advice.

Him breaking the order can then be managed when he will threaten and return to court. Just make sure you have a paper trail and only respond in a factual manner.
