I am the receiving payment for 1 child age 8
I also have 17year old and 21year old who currently live away from home.
M’y ex submitted wage slips to CMS and since October 2018 his wage has been the exact same even down to the pennies to this present day .
His wage since 2015 has only risen by £38.00!
My concern is that in November last year he moved to a new Job in London Project Manager and has boasted to our 17year old how well paid he is ( before then he was based in Scotland) and his wage on paper has never changed yet his lifestyle has.
He was in touch with CMS in Jan 19 to let them know he has had another child by another partner, he submitted a wage slip that again had the same wage amount as previous months, this affects the payment I receive for my 8year old and we loose roughly £40per month
I received a letter from CMS stating my payments would be reduced, then 2days later received another letter stating I was due nearly double in payments, it seemed CMS had been given evidence that his wage had increased
He is disputing this saying that they have his wages wrong and that a large portion of his pension has not been Included which my understanding of this is that he is paying £500pw into a pensions fund basically to stop paying for our 8 year old
Is this acceptable for CMS to see this as evidence for investigation ?
