I need some advise from anyone who has gone through a separation. In these early days, how do you adjust to the lonely evenings? The lack of conversation and having that other person/partner here? That’s whatbim struggling to adjust to the most. I’m bored without him, I don’t want to say I miss him, but I definitely miss the company…
I have also just separated from my partner. I’m maybe not in the same position however as I was lonely even when he was around if that makes any sense.
I have started watching things that I wouldn’t normally on tv recommended by colleagues, reading and also exercising.. which helps greatly as it makes you feel more relaxed. They all say it but it’s true! 20 mins.
