I’m Justine, one of the moderators here at Gingerbread. I’m sorry you are having a difficult time and I am glad that you have been chatting to other parents on the forum. It may be worth your while chatting to a GP if you are feeling tearful for a lot of the time. If you are not registered at your local surgery you can make a visitors emergency appointment.
