Thank you Anonymous for your help, i did report it to the police. No further action will be taken. (incident was that my brother in law pushed me whilst i was holding my child and then essentially tried to headbutt me and challenge me) The incident happened when my wife came to collect her belongings and i was happy to let her collect them. There was no need for the assault. So its almost like ive been stitched up in my own home. As i was being peaceful and allowing her to collect her belongings
Really it should be me requesting 3rd parties. Also the distance we are apart, makes it difficult for me to find a 3rd party to cart every other weekend.
In truth i would be very uncomfortable with 3rd parties present for a indefinite amount of visits, whilst im playing with my child. (in fear of being pushed again, whilst im holding a child) Also the 3rd parties are professional retired teachers
As a comprise i have suggested assisted contact centre. With a qualified social care worker. But she has declined that as she wants to be in the room at all times.
So were at an impasse.
