This email service is for single parents and carers living in the City of Manchester who have the main care of a dependent child/ren and are parenting on their own.

We cannot reply to enquiries from anyone else, but if you are a single parent outside the City of Manchester, please telephone the Single Parent Helpline on 0808 802 0925 whose staff can give information and advice to callers from anywhere in Great Britain.
