Gingerbread’s Interpreted Advice is Greater Manchester’s first advice line for non-English-speaking single parents.
The Interpreted Advice service offers single parents advice in any language on subjects such as
- child support
- divorce
- relationship breakdown
- housing
- benefits and tax credits
- disability
- education
- training and employment

To contact Gingerbread’s Interpreted Advice service single parents should call 0808 802 0925, Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5pm.
If they say ADVICE and then give their full telephone number in English, then put the phone down and one of our advice workers will call them back using a Language Line interpreter.
